For inspection firms

Your reports, worth more to the agent who receives them.

DocReviewIQ turns your report into a colour coded summary and a branded repair request in minutes. Sponsor an agent and it is free to them on the deals you inspected. Use someone else, and it is not.

  • A reason to send you the next one

A seat is invisible after the first day. This shows up on every transaction: with you the reading is free, with your competitor it is not.

  • You never pay for someone else's work

Coverage is unlocked by your report, so your bill is bounded by your own inspection volume no matter how many agents you sponsor.

  • A receipt for every charge

Each deal shows exactly what we matched it on, and a dispute takes the charge off. You never have to take our word for it.

  • We do not sell your clients' data

We are plain about what we share and what we do not, and we intend to be better on that than the software you are used to.

  • Keep the software you already use

We are not report writing software and we are not asking you to switch. Nothing to migrate and nothing to learn. Your report goes in exactly as it comes out of the system you use today.

What your agents get

  • Every finding sorted into four severity levels, so they see in seconds what matters and what is routine.
  • Plain language their buyer can read without phoning them to translate.
  • A repair request built from exactly the items they choose, on their letterhead, with their headshot and brokerage on it.
  • Thirteen report types, not just the home inspection. Radon, water, well, mold, septic, sewer scope, pool, chimney, roof, termite and structural.

Their account stays theirs. Properties, reports and branding belong to the agent, not to you, and they keep all of it whatever happens between you. That is what makes this an easy thing to offer rather than something they have to be talked into.

How we recognize your reports

We look for these in the report itself. That is how a deal gets attached to you, and how we know never to charge you for another company's inspection. Give us at least one.

Your website and your email domain are often different. Both are useful, and in a firm with several inspectors these stay the same when individual emails do not.

Next you will upload a couple of your reports so we can check we recognize them. It takes a minute and it is the only setup there is.
